Refund Policy

There are no order cancellations, refunds, exchanges or warranties with Craft Queen. All sales are final. Please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing an order. These items are one of a kind and delicate so handle carefully. We are not responsible for damage caused by shippers or customer.

If a refund is granted for any reason the purchase is subject to a 10% restocking fee. If your purchase was granted free shipping, initial shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund and receipt will be provided.

Damages and issues

We now offer “Route” insurance protection for all of our products. If insurance is not purchased your item is not covered in the case of lost, stolen or damage.

  • Lost - stuck in transit

Domestic: The issue must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update. 

International: The issue must be filed between 20 and 30 days from the last shipping update. 

  • Stolen - marked as delivered

The issue must be filed between 5 and 15 days from when the order was marked delivered. 

Stolen orders over $100 USD require a police report. 

  • Damaged

The issue must be filed with photos of the damaged package and item(s), no later than 15 days from when the order was marked delivered.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

If the box/bag your item arrives in is damaged, please ensure you take photos/videos prior to opening. We need this evidence to make a claim with the shipping company and/or insurer.

Stones or crystals may loosen and/or fall off during transport, this is normal and does not qualify as defective or damaged. Anna Quartz Artist can supply instructions and/or materials needed to place stones/crystals back in their original place.

Once your product has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling of your product. Anna Quartz Artist is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Please be sure that all information provided is CORRECT. Anna Quartz is not responsible for shipments that are not able to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information. If package is non-deliverable to address provided to us, it will be shipped back to us or destroyed based on return shipping costs.

If a package is returned to us, customer is responsible for paying return to sender fee as well as re-shipment cost. If package is destroyed due to non-claim by customer, customer must re-purchase item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
